Norman Lear- Director and producer. Brings social issues to life on the screen and through a multitude of social reforming foundations.
Catie Couric- News anchor. Seen as an emblem to women because she goes against the common stereotype of women and is a successful broadcaster.

Betty Friedan- The author of The Feminine Mystic, she was an major supporter of the feminist movement during the '60s.

Phyllis Schlafly- She was the main spokesperson for the New Right, a large group of traditionalists that were vehemently against the progress in women's equality.
