Elizabeth Cady Stanton

Elizabeth Cady Stanton had a really big role in the women's suffrage movement. Stanton started a lot of the women's groups to show and tell people about how much women were being discriminated against and not having fair chances at everything like men do. Also she and Susan B. Anthony Started the Seneca Falls convention in New York and this was the first convention of the women's suffrage movement. In 1920 the 19th Amendment was passed and this gave women the right to vote and gave them free rights to most things.
